I had a good experience with Eric in trying to repair my PC. Before we agreed to a service date, he had me try several routine fixes on my own, calling me on the phone to check on specs. I will definitely call again the next time I need a repair or other services.

I called and left word about requesting someone come out and hook up my new printer to the internet and then my phone to the printer. Eric called back the next day, gave me the information on what is involved, and set up an appointment for New Years Day. Eric called 20 minutes prior to showing up and explained everything again when he showed up. He explained everything he was doing and set up everything within an hour. My VPN was keeping me from getting it hooked up and he suggested another VPN and it now works and I know now how to use it. Thanks again Eric. I appreciate what you did and will suggest others use your company.
