My laptop was barely running and my wife's was starting to have issues. They accessed it remotely to troubleshoot the issue and found my processor was failing. I purchased a new computer and they recovered all of my files and potamized everything. It runs like a champ and my wife's is working better than ever. Wonderful guy and very diligent. I had a good experience with Eric in trying to repair my PC. Before we agreed to a service date, he had me try several routine fixes on my own, calling me on the phone to check on specs. I will definitely call again the next time I need a repair or other services.
