Eric immediately answered me and came out asap and corrected my issue as fast as lightning and was very friendly while he was working too. On top of that he is extremely compassionate towards his customers. He has five stars for a reason and now I'll only ever use and recommend him for IT work

I love it when professionals help you with your problem even when they don’t have to or it doesn’t benefit them monetarily. Eric obviously really knows what he’s doing with computers and walked me through a number of scenarios that I could try for repair and I appreciate it very much. Our cash registers would go down every few months and drive us crazy. We wouldn’t be able to take credit card purchases for hours! We would have techs sent to us and they would temporarily fix the problem and it would happen again months down the line. I contacted Lucas and he sent Eric out to our flagship restaurant downtown Orlando and he realized our problem was our rats nest which was probably overheating our router and switches. He showed up super early in the morning with the owner to completely separate and clean up our wiring and spacing and even found some things plugged in that wasn’t necessary. We have been up and running for a couple of months now with no internet slow down and our pos cash registers have been running smooth ever since. Thank you Eric!

He has been providing my IT support through initial set up, back up, new devices, suggested products and solutions, and finding workarounds to help me through incompatible old software and new hardware.
