Very helpful service even through a phone call. In my PC building process, I overlooked a small, but major issue that caused a wrench to be thrown into my work. Thankfully, the gentleman I talked to guided me through what may be causing the issue. I will be returning here for all my hardware issues and I suggest others in the area do the same.
